IntroductionSri Lanka has an amazing array of mesmerizing sites to visit. From the ancient cave temples of Dambulla to the extensive remains of the old capital at Polonnaruwa and the world famous Temple of the Tooth, there is something to fascinate everyone in the family. We climb to the top of The Lions Rock Fortress in Sigiriya, take an elephant ride through the jungle and visit the world famous elephant orphanage at Pinnawela. Later we see them in the wild at Yala National Park. After our visit to the tea plantations in the cool highlands we head to stunning beaches lined with coconut palm for some relaxation – the perfect end to a fascinating holiday.
